Wrong ways

Sometimes mistakes seem just mistakes. Sometimes there are opportunities behind wrong ways. Creative people don’t judge mistakes so fast. When you give opportunity to the wrong ways, then you have made a possibility to find creative solutions right there.

Mistakes

Being creative makes mistakes. Innovative people are consciously ready for mistakes. Mistakes are not crimes. Easily they are wrong ways.

Need for wondering

People are not the same as yesterday. Each morning, the society begins a new era.
We used to wondering. In news TV channels, in scientific papers, in art and fashion, in the street and even in our kitchens we used to be wondered. Wondering is our satisfaction. Wondering is a need.
We experience an era in which, tomorrow is today. We experience the future at the time being.
Any design and creation without wondering will loose. Any Idea and innovation without a spirit of tomorrow inside, will fail. Designers should live in tomorrow. It is the request of society.

Toolbox

Theory of change is the great toolbox to overcome the syndrome of good idea. When you change good ideas, the opportunity to achieve the great ideas comes true.
Let’s just change. Let’s change even good things and even things seem to be great things. There may be a wow solution right there.

Syndrome of good idea

Most of the time, good ideas stop people to look for great ideas. In this way we can name a good idea a syndrome because it stops us to achieve the best.

Implementing the theory of change

Theory of change can be implementing on all systems, a product design project or a society.
In a product when you change different aspects of design one bye one, you improve the whole design in some steps. The result could be a wow solution. In a society when you make changes in different aspects, the social wow solution comes true. That’s democracy.
When you stop changing, improvement stops. When you stop improvement, democracy stops and wow solutions disappear. Then let’s change. Let’s afraid of stop changing.

Theory of change

Free systems provide better conditions for changes. In this way they have bigger opportunitiess for improvement. In reverse, changes, even small changes makes systems better and better. This makes them free and more free. Let's name this theory of change.

Improvement comes from change

To affect a system you should change it. Changes may bring improvements and may make faults. In this way there is a risk in changes but it's clear without changes, improvement is impossible.

People in Neyshabour

Remember Neyshabour? People in Neyshabour are living in a glass box. They have clear ideas about who they are and what they want. They always ask that hard questions and always looking for the correct answers. They are highly creative and significantly innovative. They have certain needs and clear briefs and of course many of wow solutions. In this way they are very effective people. There are many foot steps belong to these people in the history. They change and make changes. They make the future.

Briefs

Ideas come to over come needs. If you distinguish a need then you have a problem. When you analyze a problem and clarify it, from different sides to achieve a clear problem, then you have a brief. Ideas are proposals belong to the brief. A clear brief provides a direct path to the best answers. When you can not make great ideas go directly to the problem and interchange it to a clear brief. Sometimes it needs investigation and research. Without correct and accurate information about the problem, you may not make wow solutions.

Innovation

If creativity is making new ideas, then innovation is sending new ideas to the market. Everybody are creative but rare innovative. During innovation you distribute your idea in a market, means among people. It affects life style, behaves and habits. This makes your idea, effective. Effective people have effective ideas. History is the result of effectiveness of such people.

Hard questions

There are questions about your being. You used to escape asking them yourself. The answer of such no answer questions clarifies you against yourself. This is horrible because most of us are not ready to find out how we are far from the best we could be.
Let’s be brave to ask them. It provides us the chance to go further to find out that best. The job many of us never experience in our whole life.

Live in a black box

In the most of my creativity courses, when I ask audiences to define their selves in some sentences, there are no answers. Most of people have not ever thought who really they are. Then they have no idea about what they want. Their values and boundaries are not clear. They have the least planning for their lives. In a short description, they live in a black box.

Great my self

Creativity occurs when people put something from their own mind to make an answer for a temporary problem. If designer don’t know him/her self, then he/she has nothing to make the great answer. Designs will be copies and non original issues.
Great designers are who knowing their selves in the way they can distinguish their unique assemblies. They can use this unique and very different “my self” to make new ideas. This unique and very new “my self” makes very different ideas we name them “WoW Solution”s. When other designers use this “WoW Solution”s in their designs, then the original design goes to be a classic one.
The value of a classic design comes directly out of a designer’s “my self”. Great designers are who are finding this “my self” instead of rich customers.

Temporary and classic...

Let’s put our challenges into our designs and ideas. Let’s use the opportunity of design to make answers for our real requests. You know, people may find their real requests in their challenges.
A design without a mind challenge is an empty pot. When people fulfill their pots, then design goes to find an eternal value. This is the real difference between a temporary design and a classic one.
